Public Hearings
1. PZC 2026-10 Katie Ash on the behalf of The District Salon Suites, LLC, petitioner, has filed an
application with the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, requesting special use
authorization to operate a massage establishment located at 201 W Hydraulic Ave Suite 13. The
subject property falls within the “Hydraulic Street” Downtown Overlay District, on an approximately
0.46-acre parcel zoned B-2 Mixed-Use Business District, generally located north of West Hydraulic
Avenue, south of the Fox River, east of State Street and west of South Main Street.

requesting final plat approval to subdivide two (2) existing lots into three (3) new lots zoned B-3
General Business District within the Yorkville Business District for the approximately 7-acre subject
property generally located west of North Bridge Street (U.S Route 47), south of Boombah Boulevard,
and immediately north of the BNSF Railroad.
