This needs to be addressed for the next year due to the expenses for promotional testing. There was a discussion of rank titles that may be used in the future at YPD. There may be some changes. The city ordinances are out of date. Discussion was held about the possibilities of how to streamline the whole process of hiring and promoting. This will need to be discussed in detail in the future. The next meeting date is not set, as we need to wait until some of the background checks are completed. The next Commissioners' Conference is scheduled for the first weekend in November in Bloomingdale. Commissioner Anderson moved to adjourn. Commissioner Putzler seconded. Motion carried.
