Previous Meeting Minutes: Commissioner Anderson moved to approve the minutes from July 7, 2010 as presented. Commissioner
Putzler seconded. Minutes approved.
Commissioner Anderson moved to go into executive session for the appointment,employment, compensation, discipline,
performance, or dismissal of specific employees of the public body or legal counsel for the public body,-including hearing
testimony on a complaint lodged against an employee of the public body or against legal counsel for the public body to determine
its validity. Commissioner Putzler seconded.

Entered Executive Session at 7:05 p.m.
Exited Executive Session at 7:45 p.m. with no formal action taken.
Commissioner Putzler moved to remove the following candidates from the Eligibility Register: Adam Chittick,Matthew Grube,
Michael Algozine, and Christopher Kuehlem. Commissioner Anderson seconded.

Commissioner Putzler moved to make a Conditional Offer of Employment to Daniel Doody. Commissioner Anderson seconded.

Katie will write the Conditional Offer letter to Daniel Doody and mail it out tomorrow. He has 10 days to respond.
Bills: *Trotsky sent a bill for Daniel Doody's polygraph for$100. Consensus was reached to pay this amount.
*IFPC Association Dues are $375. Consensus was reached to pay these dues.
*IFPC Fall Conference fees are coming due for any attendees. Mike Anderson is attending as a vendor,Margie Putzler is
unsure if she is available to attend, Bob Johnson needs his fees paid. Chief says it should not be a problem. Katie will send
in Mr. Johnson's registration materials.
At some future meeting the BFPC needs to look at the Rules and Regulations and make decisions about making changes to these.
BFPC needs to set aside time to look at this and discuss as well as obtain legal advice for any proposed changes. It is decided to put
this item on the January agenda. We will need to look at the next year's fiscal budget and decide whether it will be possible to use
an assessment center for the testing in the next group.
The next meeting date is tentatively set as the quarterly meeting on October 27'h. If the Conditional Offer test results are not
available at that time,we will postpone that meeting until they are.
