STATE OF ILLINOIS ) ss COUNTY OF KENDALL ) Ordinance No. 2009 - AN ORDINANCE OF THE UNITED CITY OF YORKVILLE, KENDALL COUNTY, ILLINOIS, APPROVING A FINAL PLAT OF SUBDIVISION FOR RWJ YORKVILLE LLC SUBDIVISION WHEREAS, the United City of Yorkville (the "City ") is a duly organized and validly existing non home -rule municipality created in accordance with the Constitution of the State of Illinois of 1970 and the laws of the State; and, WHEREAS, RWJ Yorkville LLC, the owner of approximately 2.5578 acres legally described in Exhibit A, attached and made a part of (the "Subject Property "), has submitted an application and petition for a preliminary plan and final plat of subdivision requesting that the Subject Property be divided into two (2) lots; and, WHEREAS, the Plan Commission reviewed the final plat of subdivision request and recommended approval on September 9, 2009, and City staff also recommends that the final plat of subdivision of the Subject Property is approved; and, WHEREAS, the Mayor and City Council deem the approval of the final plat of subdivision to be in best interest of the City, in order to promote the health, safety, and welfare of its citizens. NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT ORDAINED by the Mayor and City Council of the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois, as follows: I Section 1. The above recitals are incorporated and made a part of this Ordinance. i Section 2. The Corporate Authorities hereby approve the final plat of subdivision, attached and made a part of as Exhibit B, submitted by RWJ Yorkville LLC, the owner of approximately 2.5578 acres. I Section 3. This Ordinance shall be in full force and effect upon its passage, approval, and publication as provided by law. Passed by the City Council of the United City of Yorkville, Kendall County, Illinois this day of A.D. 2009.
