Chairman Lindblom called the meeting to order at 7:00 PM

A quorum was established.
Minutes:
Commissioner Holdiman moved and Commissioner Feltz seconded to accept the minutes of the
September 12, 2001 Plan Commission. On a voice vote all members present voting yes. Motion
carried.
Public Hearing:
There were no public hearings.
Old Business:
Petitioner: Alan Dale Farms & Development
PC 2001-17 Cannonball Estates, Unit 2 - Final Plat of Subdivision
Due to the Engineering for the entire development being approved with Unit One, this is no
Engineering Review and no objections.
Chairman Lindblom asked for a motion.
Commissioner Kubala moved and Commissioner Holdiman seconded to approve the Final Plat of
Subdivision for PC 2001-17 Cannonball Estates Unit 2 On a roll call vote all members present
voting aye. Motion carried.

Attorney Kramer stated that the developer needs to file a petition to consolidate the names of the
development Cannonball Estates with the marketing name, Kylynn's Crossing.
New Business:
Mayor Prochaska stated the 2nd joint Plan Commission and City Council workshop will be
October 24, 2001 to discuss updates to the Comprehensive Plan. He asks that as many as
possible attend.
Mayor Prochaska also stated that to inform the Plan Commission of the progress on the various
Agenda items as it proceeds through EDC, COW and City Council that the minutes of those
meetings be included in the Plan Commission packets.
Commissioner Schillinger stated that there was a meeting with Kendall County with
representatives form Plainfield, Oswego and Montgomery, and Sue Swithin there from Yorkville
to talk about trails and see what ideas Kendall County has on this. Kendall County proposes one
big trail at the River along the railroad tracks, yet here we are talking about trails through
subdivisions. Commissioner Schillinger thought it would be beneficial to meld our
Comprehensive Plan with that of Kendall County and perhaps other communities.
Mayor Prochaska stated that they had met regarding the trail system with the Kendall County
Forest Preserve.
Commissioner Schillinger stated the discussion included talk of continuing the trail to our
Riverfront Park and he felt it would be nice to have a clearer picture of the areas trail systems.
Chairman Lindblom asked if there were any further comments. With none he asked for a motion
to adjourn.
Commissioner Kubala moved and Commissioner Holdiman seconded to adjourn On a roll call
vote all members present voting yes. Motion carried
