December 7, 2009
Meeting called to order at 6:05 p.m.

Previous Meeting Minutes: Commissioner Anderson moved to approve the minutes from November 25, 2009
as presented. Commissioner Putzler seconded. Minutes approved.

Quarterly Dates entered and set for 2010:

Interview schedule needs to be adjusted. 45 minutes is not enough time. The BFPC will need 1 ½ hours
per group of 7 candidates. We still need 20 sessions.
The dates will be January 2, 3, 9, 10, and 23. The first interview will begin at 8am and the last one will
begin at 12:30pm. There will be 4 group interviews on each date.
The quarterly meeting for January 27 will be cancelled and the BFPC will meet on Monday, January

25 at 6pm instead. The purpose of this meeting will be to have an Executive Session to discuss the
results of the Oral Interviews and create the Initial Eligibility Roster.
After this meeting, letters will be sent out for preference points. The BFPC will meet on February 8 at
6pm to review the submissions and create the Final Eligibility Roster.
Commissioner Putzler moved to go into executive session for the purposes of hiring, firing and discipline of
personnel. Commissioner Anderson seconded.

Entered Executive Session at 6:27 p.m.
Exited Executive Session at 6:34 p.m. with no formal action taken.
Again, it was noticed that the tape was malfunctioning and it was restarted.
Commissioner Putzler moved to adjourn. Commissioner Anderson seconded. Motion carried.
