WHEREAS,the City Council of United City of Yorkville, Yorkville Illinois,

pursuant to the authority granted by 5 ILL.COMP.STAT.220/2&3,desires to participate in
the described purchasing program offered by the Region VIII Education Service Center,and in the opinion
that by participating in this program, will be highly beneficial to the taxpayers through the anticipated
savings to be realized,now therefore,be it
RESOLVED that the united City of Yorkville request a stated need for participation in:

whereby Gary J. Golinski is authorized and directed to sign and deliver any and all
